Hello, I created this web site to share my photographs and thoughts
with my friends who I don't get to see that often anymore. I
am happily married to my wife Daisy with three boys; Lucas, Louis and
Lawrence. I started researching and photographing Korean Jindo Dogs, a new and rare dog to America, before my sons were born. Needless to say, with three boys and a rather hectic life as a photojournalist, it's taken longer to get the project off the ground. I hope to eventually put together an indepth book on the breed. For now, I set up a Jindo Dog page at my site to inform people who's been calling me non-stop ever since it appeared in the Los Angeles Times number of years ago. I'll be adding more information and materials on it until my book comes out. Feel free to send me questions about the breed. I'll try to answer as many inquiries (ones with names and contact info) as I can. Lately, there's been an increasing and dire need to set up a "Jindo Rescue" to find homes for unfortunate dogs. I'd like to hear from anyone who would like to get involved in this effort. I am in pursuit of what I call "Art of Living" work hard and play hard. While I'm always in search of meeting decent and respectful people in life, my current goal is to be the best friend to my sons. I welcome dialogues with free-thinking people on all subject
matters but particularly on the following area of interests:
Photojournalism (Journalism), Dogs, Motorcycling, Hiking, Concept
of Death, Korean Culture, American experiences (culture) and
the significance of growing world of the Internet. |
